About
us
ZITZ Alimentos was founded in 1998, and ever since
has established an extremely qualified and focused
management team, including experts with more than
30 years of experience in the food industry. Moreover,
we proudly rely on a staff fully committed to our
quality-oriented mentality, always motivated to improve
our products and services in order to face today’s
and tomorrow’s challenges.
This combination has brought us a fast and regular
growth throughout the years, giving us an outstanding
expectation for the near future.
Background
1998:
Foundation as a consultancy
company;
2001:
Start-up of Mayonnaise and Salad
Dressings production in Vinhedo, 75km away from São
Paulo;
2005:
New board of director takeover
and acquisition of new plant, machinery and personnel
in Valinhos. As immediate result, the sales increased
due to OEM projects (private labels) and introduction
of ZITZ brand, a product line for final consumer.
2006: Consolidation
of private label customers, investments in R&D
and development of new products.
2007:
New investments in machineries
to increase production capacity, definition of ZITZ
product line with more than 40 items and marketing
efforts to promote a young, reliable and quality-oriented
brand. Company’s name is officially changed
to ZITZ Alimentos.
